This Privacy Policy describes how Alihan Uslu ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Pulse Rush: Neon Grid mobile application ("App").
Pulse Rush: Neon Grid does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. We do not require account registration to use the App. The App does not contain advertisements and does not use any third-party advertising or analytics services.
The App stores game data (such as high scores and settings) locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Pulse Rush: Neon Grid is rated 4+ and is suitable for users of all ages, including children. The App does not collect any personal information from any user, including children, and does not require account creation, contain in-app purchases, or include any advertising. As no personal information is collected from anyone using the App, there is no personal data belonging to children that could be gathered, stored, or shared.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information stored locally on your device. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
If you are located in the European Union, you have certain rights regarding your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As the App does not collect or process any personal data, no such data is held by us that would be subject to these rights.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not collect or sell personal information of any kind.
